A: We allow RVs, campers, trailers, and boats. Passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and non-recreational vehicles are not permitted.

Q: Is the storage facility covered or climate-controlled?
A: No, our facility is an outdoor, fenced, and gravel lot with keypad access and lighting. There are no covered or climate-controlled storage options.

Q: What are the access hours?
A: You can access your storage space daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using your personal keypad code.

Q: Can I live in my RV while it’s stored at the facility?
A: No, living or staying overnight in a stored vehicle is strictly prohibited.


Payments & Fees


Q: How much does it cost to rent a space?
A: Storage rates vary based on unit size. Click here for current rates.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ACH payments.

Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee applies if payment is not made within 7 days.

Q: What happens if I don’t pay on time?
A: If rent is overdue by 72 hours, access to the facility may be restricted. After 30 days of non-payment, the stored vehicle may be subject to legal action, including sale.


Security & Insurance


Q: Is the facility secure?
A: Yes, the facility is fenced, has keypad access, and is monitored by security cameras. However, we do not assume liability for theft, damage, or loss.

Q: Do I need insurance?
A: Yes, all stored vehicles must have active insurance. You will need to provide proof of insurance before moving in.


Facility Rules & Restrictions


Q: Can I perform maintenance or repairs on my vehicle while it’s stored?
A: No, mechanical repairs, oil changes, and maintenance work are not allowed on-site.

Q: Can I store fuel or hazardous materials?
A: No, storing extra fuel, propane tanks, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

Q: Can I transfer my rental space to someone else?
A: No, rental spaces are non-transferable, even if you sell your vehicle.


Move-In & Move-Out


Q: How do I start renting a space?
A: Contact us to check availability and complete the rental agreement. You’ll need to provide:

  • Proof of insurance
  • A valid driver’s license
  • First month’s rent

Q: How do I cancel my rental?
A: You must provide 30 days' written notice before moving out. Your space must be emptied and cleaned upon departure.

Q: What if I leave items behind?
A: Any abandoned vehicles or belongings may be removed or disposed of at your expense.
