At Select RV Storage, we’re committed to providing a secure, clean, and first-class storage experience for all our renters. To help maintain that standard for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below:

 

✅ Monthly Rental – Your storage agreement is month-to-month. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

✅ Storage Type – This is an outdoor, fenced, and gravel lot with keypad access and lighting. No indoor or covered storage is available.

✅ Payments – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ACH. A $10 late fee applies if rent is not paid within 7 days.

✅ Access Hours – You can enter the facility between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily using your personal keypad code. No access is allowed outside these hours.

✅ Security – The facility has security cameras, but we are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss. Lock your vehicle and remove valuables.

✅ Insurance Required – You must provide proof of insurance for your stored vehicle or boat. Select RV Storage is not liable for any damages.

✅ Vehicle Restrictions – Storage is only for RVs, campers, trailers, and boats. Living in stored vehicles or doing repairs on-site is not allowed.

✅ Keep It Clean – No trash, hazardous materials, fuel storage, or fire hazards allowed.

✅ Ending Your Rental – You must give 30 days' notice to end your rental. Your space must be emptied and cleaned before you leave.

✅ No Smoking or Fire – Smoking, open flames, and fueling vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property.
